Manolin is a restaurant inspired by a beach vacation. Founded by four PNW natives, Manolin is heavily inspired by the food and drink of Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central/South America. You’ll find things like plantain chips, ceviche, grilled octopus and beef, and seasonal fish with mole. Grab a mezcal or pisco drink and you’ll immediately feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. All that’s missing is the sand between your toes.
